These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 97bd platform and you, the user ("you" or "user"). By registering an account on 97bd or using any service on the platform, you are deemed to have accepted all of the following Terms.

97bd reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page. If you continue to use the service after any changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the revised Terms. You should review this page regularly at your own responsibility.

1.1 Key Terms

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The 97bd website (97bd.lat) and all its subpages and services.
• "User" — Any account holder registered on the platform.
• "Account" — A personal profile registered in the user's name through which services are accessed.
• "Bet" — A wager placed to participate in any game or sports betting event on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any financial or non-financial incentive provided by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — A condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 97bd, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide your own accurate and complete information — name, address, mobile number, and valid identity document details.
• One person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be cancelled.
• 97bd reserves the right to suspend or close an account if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, 97bd may request identity verification documents at any time. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. The user may be required to submit a copy of their national ID card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of their payment method.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to 97bd support immediately. 97bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.

3.1 Deposits

The following mobile payment methods are supported for depositing funds into 97bd:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet)
• Upay

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (the same for each method). Deposits must be made from a payment account operated in the name of the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in some cases this may be delayed due to the verification process.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement for any active bonus has not been met.
• 97bd reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal for investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the registered payment account — sending to a different account is not possible.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors on 97bd will receive a 150% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement on bonus funds is 20x (twenty times), applied to the bonus amount only — not to the original deposit. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Bets must be placed in the designated game category while a bonus is active.
• 97bd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus without notice.
• A bonus offer applies only once per user, per household, per mobile number, or per IP address.

4.3 VIP Program

Regular users may be enrolled in one of three 97bd VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes are determined based on the user's activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and paid out in the manner determined by 97bd. Detailed terms for VIP benefits are subject to change.

5.1 General Betting Conditions

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded.
• If bets are placed using multiple accounts or unauthorised methods, all winnings will be forfeited.
• Attempting to gain artificial profit by exploiting any technical issue on the platform is prohibited.

5.2 Sports Betting

97bd offers betting on various sports events, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. For example, matches such as Bangladesh vs India may have various markets available (match winner, run totals, over/under, etc.). 97bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 97bd platform:

• Money laundering or handling of illegal funds.
• Hacking or manipulation of the platform's software or game outcomes.
• Placing bets using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Deceiving others using the platform's name.

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, 97bd may immediately close the account, forfeit all deposits and winnings, and take legal action.

7.1 Platform Liability

97bd does not accept any liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical issues.
• Account security breaches caused by the user's own negligence.
• The user's financial decisions and financial losses related to betting.
• Bet cancellation due to unexpected technical errors or server issues.

7.2 Service Interruptions

97bd may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or unavoidable circumstances. No bets will be accepted during this time, and a fair resolution will be provided for any bets in progress. 97bd will make every effort to restore the service as quickly as possible.

8.1 Commitment & Policy

97bd takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gaming should be for entertainment purposes and should not have a negative impact on any user's life.

• Users may set their own deposit limits.
• Any user may voluntarily request a temporary or permanent closure of their account.
• If signs of suspected addiction appear, 97bd will actively provide support to the user.

97bd reserves the right to close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information at the time of registration.
• Decisions regarding account management following a prolonged period of inactivity.

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the relevant applicable law. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 97bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between 97bd and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions are superseded by these Terms.
